HZQS-Ⅰfirst polyurethane cleaning device is the upgrading product of the current alloy cleaning device on belt conveyor, whose scraper selects the imported polymer elastic material of wear-resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture, anti-hydrolyzation, no damage to adhesive tape and prolonging the service life of adhesive tape. This cleaning device has a spring tension regulator. When the scraper is worn or belt bounces, the scraper will automatically follow, compensate and ensure that the scraper surface will be in close touch with belt so that the good scraping effect can be achieved.

       HZQS-Ⅰpolyurethane cleaning device is installed little below the center line of head roller. The scraper with large extension can make changes by coordinating the belt shape of great wheel and closely match with belt so that the complete scraping effects can be achieved.
