Now your position： → Product displayThe product is widely used for the unloading in section of conveyor in mining, metallurgy, electric field, coal field, centralized transport station, port dock, etc. Electro-hydraulic plough unloader is installed on the middle shelf of travelling apron, which is the mechanical product performing unloading and controlling conveying flow and flow direction of materials, capable of discharging the conveying materials to make for evenly and continuously into the hopper or the required place. This unloader is added with variable groove angle, assistant coulter, etc. and uses electro-hydraulic push rod instead of power source, which overcomes the shortcomings of old-fashioned unloader such as not discharge entirely, poor capacity of scraping tape and overload, often burning motor, bending the screw and easy to damage for machinery.
Working Principle:
Single and double-sided wear-resistant plough unloader takes electro-hydraulic push rod as power source. At work, stretch out drive rod by push rod to drive the frame forward so that the head dropping is completed and flat roller group is supported to make adhesive tape working surface straight, and the upper edge of handpiece is closely matched the adhesive tape surface to load the materials on the adhesive tape into the hopper and send to the required places. After the unloading is completed, start electro-hydraulic push rod and retract drive rod to drive the frame back and make plow head raise, and the variable roller group turns back to groove shape from parallel to make the materials get through smoothly.

rod, overcoming the shortcomings of electric push rod (poor overload capacity, burning motor, screw bending)
