HZFJ aircraft stacker is the special conveying equipment manufactured by our company, which can be widely used in metallurgy, mine, port, granary, material yard and other material unloading places, and provides convenient and efficient service of high grade for material shipping, loading and storage of movable unloading of the enterprise.
Technical background:
General stacker uses belt conveyor and stack reclaimer to cooperate for stacking and fetching materials; however, the stack reclaimer is expensive, therefore it is only applicable to the relatively large material yard while the small and medium-sized material yards use the traditional method of truck slowdown for stacking materials. The efficiency of this method is low, and is no longer suitable for present high efficient production. The aim of this utility model patent product of aircraft stacker is to solve the problems of high investment on small and medium-sized material yard or low stacking efficiency to allocate resources reasonably.
Working principle:
The stacker is equipped on the top of common belt conveyor. After the materials on common belt conveyor are raised for certain height through the main frame of aircraft stacker, unload the materials by using the roller and funnel to 1# reversible small belt conveyor which conveys the materials to the adhesive tape of common belt conveyor when running in one direction; when running reversely, materials are conveyed to 2# reversible small belt conveyor. With 2# reversible small belt conveyor running in positive and negative directions, materials are evenly stacked in the whole material yard.
There are several groups of travelling wheels under stockpile. The actuating device is connected with travelling wheel to drive aircraft stacker to travel on the travelling track at both sides of belt conveyor so as to achieve the movement or unload on fixed points.
Features: 1. With separate drive travelling mechanism, and continuous multi-point unloading can be achieved. 2. Smooth running, low noise, large delivery value, beautiful appearance, etc. 3. The commonality of parts is strong, and installation and maintenance is easy. 4. This machine at the same time is equipped with the separate control system and PLC linkage control. Speed controller and anti-deviation alarm device are equipped additionally in the center of equipment. The users can select according to the requirements so that the control signals can be transmitted to the computer of central control room to monitor the running condition of aircraft belt conveyor. |
