GSJ type belt feeder is the new environmentally friendly and energy-saving feeder developed by our company, especially suitable for the continuous and even feeding of bulk materials. Its structural feature is to change reciprocating movement mechanism to belt conveyor structure on the basis of K-type reciprocating feeder so that continuous feeding is achieved; meanwhile feeding movement changes from sliding friction to rolling friction so that the handling volume is greatly increased, and friction coefficient is greatly reduced to make power consumption significantly reduce. Belt conveyor also aviods the defects of elastic elongation of the conveyor belt of shell belt feeder, permanent elongation, difficult to operate simultaneously between shell belt and conveyor belt because it is difficult to maintain consistent with the elongation of shell belt, or either of shell belt or conveyor belt overtightening.
