Heavy-duty environmental dumping cart is the modern loading equipment which was the first developed by our company at home and its main features have reached the world advanced level. Working principle of the dumping cart:

     The dumpling cart is applicable for belt conveyors of different specifications and for various types of materials. Its working principle is that the dumping cart is connected with a belt conveyor to lift materials to certain height with the dumping cart according to accumulation angle of different materials, and then discharge materials to single side, both side or middle section via a tee, direction and volume of material flow is controlled by a gate valve (flap valve). The belt changes its direction by moving backward or forward to get back to ahead. The dumping cart could move backward and forward on the rail of belt conveyor to handle in several points.

Structure and characteristics:

     The heavy-duty environmental dumping cart is consist of a drive platform, belt support, front roller and rear roller, balance beam, rail clamps, buffer, flap valve, flowing tank, ventilation and dedusting system and electric control system, advantages are as following:

 

            1. Accurate location: the former dumping cart controls location by means of a limit switch which could not realize accurate location of dumping cart, but the deviation is very large; therefore the materials cannot accurately discharge into the pumping cart. The dumping cart developed by our company adopts the advanced PLC (programmable controller), and accurate positioning can be achieved by using with frequency converter and encoder. Dumping cart can achieve soft start and soft stop by PLC and frequency converter, which means to change the speed of drive device through frequency converter. When starting, the speed is slow and gradually speeds up while stopping, the speed gradually slows down from the fast, then accurately read the distance travelled by dumping cart through the predetermined encoder to achieve the small inertia positioning brake.

 

          2. Smooth operation: the complete dump cart runs smoothly due to the use of PLC and frequency converter technology.

 

          3. Reasonable structure: Using the six-wheel balance beam structure, comparing with the original overall structure, it not only reduces the wheel pressure, but also reduces vibration.

 

          4. Excellent sealing: the head of dumping cart and chute body use fully sealed structure and a set of pipeline dust removal device is added. The dust is absorbed through negative pressure dust removal pipeline system to avoid the flying of dust which can cause environmental pollution.

 

          5. The turning plate of trolley and turning plate shell structure should be reasonable, and the movement of turning plate should be accurate and in place and there is no material blocking and leakage phenomena (this item has obtained the patent)

 

          6. Simple operation and low operating cost, which can enhance the economic benefits of users.

 

          7. AS the conveyor through the dumping cart almost has the same with the self-movement of belt conveyor, therefore, it greatly prolongs the service life of conveyor belt comparing with other discharge devices.
