HZ-32 color profiled steel sheet is suitable for housing of various belt conveyors of industrial and mining enterprises, as well as curve roof and corridor, etc. The full series of DTⅡ, TD75, QD80 and DJC type.

Structural characteristics of color steel plate:

      The rain cover is composed of three parts of high-quality color steel casing, light and thin steel support and fast locking mechanism. It can be used together with TD75, DTⅡ, D80 and DJC type of travelling apron. In accordance with bandwidth, it falls into B=400, 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 600, 1800, 2000mm of ten kinds of rain cover; in addition, other foreign standards and non-standard style rain cover are made. Rain cover of this kind can meet the requirements of rain-proof and dustproof by delivering materials and finished objects of TD75 and QD80 type travelling apron. This cover is 0.92 m every section with overlap joint of 0.06 m and effective length of 0.86m, which is installed on the middle shelf. When adhesive tape machine is under maintenance, for the places where need to be dismantled, the rain cover should be removed, which is convenient and reliable.
