Single and double feeder are the new feeding equipment specially designed by our company and designing institute, achieving the work of directly dividing the materials to belt conveyor in short time under the car receiving bin and train dumper. 
 

     Main characterisitics: bearing great bin pressure, strong feeding capability, power adjustable mateial flow, stable and reliable operation, little maintenance, and reasonable and elegant design. The equipment, with reliable operation, few easily damaged parts, low service life, little maintenance, esay overhaul, environmental protection without pollution, is the unloading equipment of the ideal belt conveyor in iron and steel, coal, power and other storage places.

 

Working principle:

      Single and double feeder are applicable to bandwidth of 500-1600mm for delivering different kinds of materials, and are the short-range belt feeders capacble of bearing great bin pressure. The working principle is that double feeder generally is installed under large material bin. In accordance with the different feeding conditions of various material bins, directly distribute materials through electric gate or bar valve into the guide chute of feeder, and materials of a large number can be quickly and stably distributed to belt conveyor through front and rear rollers and load bearing roller.

 

Structure and characteristic:

       Single and double feeders are composed of driving device, belt rack, drive roller, load bearing roller, tail roller, bilateral feeding funnel, load bearing guide chute, bilateral anti-deviation vertical roller, ring tape, rear screw tensioning device, electric gate or manual rod insert brake ad electrical control system, having the following advantages:

1. Bearing great bin pressure: using load bearing guide chute and bearing roller can relieve and bear greater bin pressure.

2. Powerful feeding capability: use the bilateral direct material bin to feed at the same time, greatly enhancing the feeding amount.

3. Stable working and reliable operation: use PLC and frequency inverter technology to make the overall material distribution run stably

4. Equally feeding: material bin feeding uses electric gate or bar insert brake makes materials equally distribute into load bearing guide chute so that the overall feeding of feeder becomes equal.

5. Electrically adjustable material flow: frequency conversion (0~50HZ) variable speed motor can be used to achieve the electrically adjustable material flow.

6. Reasonable structure: the whole rack uses H section steel, simple, elegant and operating stably; driving device uses hardened gear reducer + motor + coupling, and guide chute uses anti-spill skirt structure to aviod environmental pollution caused by the flying of dust.

7. Operation is simple and easy, and operating cost is low, which can enhance the economic benefits of users.
