HZ-PB series polyurethane wear-resistant liner plate is the first generation of products developed with the self-prepared recipe and process based on that our company absorbing foreign technology and the experience of domestic successful application. It is wear-resistant and self-lubricating and does not block materials with light dead load and low noise, and is widely used for storage bin, hopper, chute and ball mill. If polyurethane liner plate is used on hopper or chute, the service lift will increase two times, the comprehensive cost will be only one third of that of metal liner plate, and the proportion is only one sixth of that of metal liner plate. In addition, it is very convenient, time-saving and labor-saving to replace with excellent cost performance. Using polyurethane wear-resistant liner plate can aviod the hidden trouble of tearing belt by the dropping of metal liner plate.

Wear-resistant liner plate structure:

According to thickness, it is divided into three types: ◆δ=20mm ◆δ=25mm ◆δ=30mm

The length and width dimensions and shape is made according to users’ drawings requirements

Installation form is countersunk head bolt linkage fixing, which is very convenient to install, maintain and replace.
