The upper of ventiliation slot opens and is in horizontal device, and grid section is set in the vertical spacing, and other locations are separated by soft sealed belt and large bin, sloving the dust flying of reciprocating motion along the straight line. The environment of workspace meets the national health standards and dust reaches the standard and discharges. This mobile ventilation dust removal device recycles the valuable resources, which currently is the most effective way to solve the mult-point or non-fixed point ventilation dust removal during the linear motion, and does not require valve switching and improve the capture speed and capture rate of dust with air volume only of 1/2~1/3 of the tranditional air volume.
Mobile ventilation dust removal device is mainly composed of four parts: air exhaust pipe head, mobile dust removal trolley, ventilation slot and covering belt. Mobile dust removal trolley connects with the mobile production equipment through ventilation air exhaust bend, and moves together with production equipment. Dust removal trolley adjusts the running of trolley through seal bend and the displacement of collapsible cover; dusty air flow enters ventilation slot from mobile trolley, and then enters dust remover through air duct.

One side of dumping cart is equipped with mobile dust removal ventilation device, and air exhaust duct and chute are installed side by side with one end aligns with chute mouth for air exhaust and the other end connects with mobile dust removal trolley of mobile dust removal ventilation device. The place where the dumping cart discharges is where the air exhaust duct exhausts air. Dusty air flow enters ventilation slot from mobile dust removal trolley, and then enters dust remover through air duct.
