Following the most famous “Trellex-Flexowell Company” manufacturing technology in the world, it specialized in special and general transport machinery with annual production capacity up to 3500 Yuan.

         Our company specializes in manufacturing various kinds of special transport machinery and feeding mechanical products with the history of more than twenty years.        The company in the long term has established a good relationship with Beijing Central Iron and Steel Research Institute, Baotou Central Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute, Chongqing Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute, Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute, Nanjing Chemical School and Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Institute and other scientific research institutes. Relying on its own technology and the support of related scientific research institutions, the enterprise continuously develops new products on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign products of the same kind. Among them, DJC wavy flanged belt conveyor, GST and DDG type heavy belt feeder, DGC totally closed weight transfer feeder, NE series and Th series bucket elevators and other products, no matter in technical quality or production technology, are in the domestic leading position. The products are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, power plant, cement and other industries, and are sold far to Malaysia, Pakistan, India and other countries and regions.
       With respect to refining furnace charging system of steel works, power plant desulfurization system and coal mine of coal return system designed by the Company, the comprehensive index of the complete machine totally meet or exceed of the products of the same kinds, including that Baotou Steel Group, Xining Special Steel Group, Jiugang Steel Group, Erdos Group and Huating Coal Group use this product of our company. Many major projects at home, for example, Qinghai Potash Fertilizer Project, the Three Gorges Project, 5# Blast Furnace Project of Baotou Steel, Stainless Steel Project of Taiyuan Steel, Mixing Materials Project of Xining Special Steel, Nanjing Meishan Steelworks Blast Furnace Project of Baosteel Group, use a great number of products of our company.

　     In 1999, in order to match with the coal return system of Henan New Long Mine, our company successfully designed the wavy flanged belt conveyor of large dip angle with delivery value up to 1000T/h. After used by users, it fully meet the standards of design requirements.
　     In 2000, our company completed with many foreign and domestic manufacturers, and won the bidding of wavy flanged belt conveyor of large dip angle of the Sheet Continuous Casting Rolling Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co.. The original design adopted Demag products, which has been proved based on the condition of three years since Baosteel Sheet had been used that the performance indicators meet the equipment imported from Germny. Then, we won the bidding of Baotou Steel 4# blast furnace, 5# blast furnace, steel-making small square billet project, Baotou coal injection system, LF refining furnace and VH refining furnace projects.
　　   In 2001, our company successfully designed the extra-heavy type dust removal unloading trolley with delivery value up to 2000t/h for Hebei Shangyuan Group, which completely met the design performance indicators after being used for two years by owners.

　　   In May2002, our company successfully manufactured in trial rotary vibrating feeder and rotary hopper products on Taiyuan Steel LH furnace.
       In August 2003, on the basis of referring to foreign and domestic products of the same kinds, our company designed and developed the automatic-leaning wavy flanged belt conveyor of large dip angle, widely used in the coal injection system of Jiangyin Ligang Power Plant, Xiagang Power Plant, Changzhou Power Plant and Chongqing Ironworks.

        In June 2004, our company succeeded in developing GST and DDT heavy type of belt feeder series in Xining Special Steel high-level storage bin. The performance of it is excellent since the products have been run so far. 
        In August 2004, based on referring to foreign and domestic products of the same kinds, our company in Huainan Power Plant and Baotou Steel Group developed DDG fully-closed weighing feeder for automatic measurement and weighing.

       In July 2005, our company cooperated with Beijing Central Iron and Steel Research Institute and won the bidding of heavy dual-linkage belt feeder of automatic dumper of Baotou Steel Raw Material Plant, which is now under linkage debugging stage.
